I might start listening to old episodes to pass the time until a new epsidode arrives, which I just don't normally do. Would be nice if Ben and Dan could give us some sort of status report on the podcast, if it's going to appear any time this year.

I listen to it on my Thursday runs and am slowly working my way through them the second times. Dan pops up, albeit briefly,on the Halloween edition of Midnight Video.

it's dead, Jim. I'd say it's pretty clear they've moved on. It's too bad since it was such a great podcast and I appreciate that they did it for so long, but it seems obvious other things in their lives mean there'll never be another mondo movie podcast.

I promise I'm not making this up. Dan just tweeted that himself and Ben are going to record some episodes (yes plural) later today :D Follow @MondoDan :)

We ain't dead, we just smell funny...

Yup, it's true... bar me keeling over on the way to the studio, we will be recording two brand new shows this very evening! Looking forward to it, it's been way too long.

Also - and I'll mention this on the show - hopefully spam issues here are a thing of the past. I finally upgraded the forum and put new filters in place - those fuckers eventually always find a way round these things, but for the minute I'm hoping the forum will be spam-free. I'm not sure how many people check the forum these days given we've been off air for more than a year, but hopefully some new episodes will get the chat flowing here once more.

Cheers guys, and thanks for keeping the faith!

HA! I couldn't have been more wrong, and I couldn't be happier about it. Really, I appreciate every single episode that you guys do for free on your own time & I'm thrilled that there's new ones coming.

Yes, the Prison Break Boxset is my best favorite. I like it very much...

Found myself listening to a new Mondo Movie podcast the other night - who'd've thunk it! :P

It was nice to hear the new podcast. It was like seeing old friends again (even though I enjoyed Piranha 3-D more than anything DePalma or Mann ever did). Keep up the good work, guys.

Well what can I say other than it is fantastic to have Ben and Dan back. Hopefully with their return this board will spring back to life! I was worried this board and the mondo movie podcast was dead for good! I'm a bit annoyed tho because straight away from listening, it's cost me money as I went out and brought a blu-ray copy of 'Intruder'. I'm a big slasher fan and this is a great slasher and I couldn't resist upgrading my grubby pan and scanned copy!

WELCOME BACK GUYS!
