Hi, now I may need to be forgiven for my probable lack of knowledge but could anyone tell me what movie the front page still is from please? - The one with the guy(?) in the hat with his arms around the two women.

I was actually thinking that maybe for doofus's like me the movie title could actually be added to the bottom of the screen, or maybe there could be a kind of quiz on this board each time a new picture is put up, actually come to think of it that could make for a decent discussion topic. ;-)

Cheers

For Now

Simon

Holy Mountain by Jodorowsky. Just got it on DVD but got El Topo as well so watched that first. Read loads about both but never seen them. My kids love the first scene in El Topo with the boy and cowboy in the desert but I won't let them watch any more than that! Wish Santa Sangre was not so expensive. REALLY want to see that one.

I like the fact these front page images are not labelled to test your knowledge. I have spotted most except the girl with the fan and the zombies (I think) on the bridge.

Funny thing about El Topo and HM is that the blurb on DVD says somethign like 'previously thought lost / rediscovered classic' when its the owners (Allen Klein) who withdrew it in the first place andhave had it in a vault all these years. Accoridng to the books he did it to get back at Jodorowsky for not filming a porno / x rated version of the Story of O.

The girl with the fan was Lady Snowblood and the zombies at the top of this page is the final scene from Fulci's Zombie Flesheaters (aka Zombie), as they cross the Brooklyn Bridge. I enjoy putting these pics up - I think I'll leave them anonymous for now though!
