Cool
Tim Lucas has been bringing this book together for years I think

It should be essential and definitive.

If its anything like Video Watchdog the attention to detail will be unsurpassable

Excellent
I shall be checking that out

I've been caning Mondo Movie podcast for the last few months and have almost finished them all, so am searching out new ones to listen to inbetween Dan and Bens.
Theres been some good suggestions on this forum, many of which I'll give a go, including yours of course.

I will definately ivest in Tim book too. It will beyond any doubt be excellent and definitive.
I used to love Video Watchdog, it was the most detailed and indepth of all the fanzine/magazines, right down to running times of movies on the various formats in various countries etc. Kinda like a school text book, but infinately more interesting subject matter of course.
I may have to dig them out again.

Yeah, Video Watchdog is still available over here.

I started collecting it when it first came out, but haven't really kept up with it over the last few years. Mainly due to the numerous interferences of adult life that seem to absorb the majority of spare cash and spare time.
I still have them nestled away somewhere amongst the boxes of fanzines and magazines from days gone by.

Anyone else feel it is a pretty poor cover for something that so much time and effort has gone into?

It looks like something you would see lying on the shelf in a second hand store.

Im sure the book itself is absolutely fantastic. Lucas must have put everything into it and Id love a copy....but I thought they would have come up with something better for the front of such an epic book.
